Quick easy way to spruce up the good ol’ cauliflower and broccoli. I cut my florets a little chunkier to give more crunch and left out the grated coconut but still tasted fantastic. Yum!

  1. I’m quickly becoming a fan of cauliflower as I’m forced to eat more veggies- they’re amazingly filling, low in carbohydrates but high in dietary fiber and pack a healthy dose of vitamin C. Bonus is that they’re also low in calories, so I can eat it during the day as my “carb” source! Thanks for stopping by and have a good day 🙂
