Celery and carrots sticks with 2 teaspoons of Almond butter and cherry tomatoes to curb sweet cravings…bring on the random tests of will power today!

    Thank you so much for your support as well. Trust me that having the knowledge I have is still never enough. There seems to be something “new” related to food and nutrition all the time. I try to eat clean and monitor how I “feel”. I do treat myself but I am sure just like you mentioned eating that bite of that brownie, once you stop having it regularly you don’t miss it or crave it too much.   2. Thank you so much for your support, will power is over-rated sometimes but stay strong and a treat once in a while isn’t going to be detrimental! I’d love to have your knowledge and insights in nutrition all the time instead of Googling everything in my shopping trolley, but I’m slowly learning the good, bad and nasty foods out there.     You poor dear 😦 It doesn’t excite me and my life revolves around nutrition. Good for you for keeping strong, it is awesome! I am having a hard time myself keeping to a low carb sugar free diet…I have a bad feeling about the upcoming holidays lol 🙂
