Protein mug soufflé recipe





– TIPS: –
– Try 30 seconds in the microwave first, if the top is cooking but the bottom is still more gooey than you like it then take the top spongey bit off and nuke the gooey bit for another 15 to 30 seconds. Keep an eye on it or it’ll get really tough and not nice!
– I used Matrix Cookies and Cream protein. It added a really nice minty flavour to it, very yum!
– You can add a dash of vanilla essence into the mixture for more flavour too!
